What do you give your brokers/realtors after a successful transaction?
Do you give cash tips? Gift certificates? We’ll be wrapping up our transaction tomorrow and I don’t have any idea what to give. Or required ba? He’s the broker of seller (I’m the buyer) so I’m sure he was paid well but I want to give something since he was helpful naman. Pero after this transaction, I offered him to sell my other property. So he’ll be paid for that din.
