as a genz person myself i’ve come across so many terms and label that people put to their feeling emotions thoughts and even certain behaviour. Without noticing i find myself labeling certain of my own situation and events and trying to act scooting to its characteristics and forcing myself to act that way since i’ve already “labeled” them
