Hi all, our family is planning to move to Allen with our first baby on the way. We want to get a house with 5B and ideally over 4000sqft. Budget is under 800k. But we cannot move until mid of next year. Was wondering whether it’s still a sellers market here in Allen? Should we wait a little longer? TIA!
