30 bus driver

I normally think the bus drivers are kind and have had zero issue, and if there has been one, it has been the fault of the student. However, there is a woman who drives the 30 who I’ve found to be really rude. She yells at students, and not in the sense of she is trying to get a message across, but she more so maliciously yells at students for little things that could be said in a regular tone. There was also a time when the bus was crowded, and she did not open the door for me at the stop, so I just politely waited outside of the door, and when she finally let me in she asked me to get behind the yellow line (understandable- I was trying to shuffle closer into the bus), but I did not hear her, and she yelled at me and the bus went nearly silent. I understand how overwhelming that job can be, so I always give the drivers a ton of grace, however I believe that this lady crosses the line with how she speaks to students.
