Hello incoming freshman, pwede pa ba magpait ng course before mag entrance exam or yun talaga yun kung ano yung nilagay nung registration huhu

So supposedly today is my schedule for the issuance of permit but I can’t make it because my research defense kami today, pwede pa kaya me magpa resched or go on other day? Nag email and message na me sa kanila but i they are quite unresponsive
