just had my eyes checked, and my eye grade was 400+.

when the doctor put both lenses in my eyes and determined it was the best fit, I felt weird and there was a tenion on my eyes. after taking it off, I felt a little dizzy and nauseous. the doctor said it was normal and that my eyes are just adjusting.

can you please tell me if it's normal coz I'm getting scared bro and can anyone please give any advice on how I can navigate through my first few days?
