A Word from the Top 5

One of our top performers (deplo from the discord) had this to say about their strategy going into 2026:

>My thesis is simple.

FLT: Canada has no military front mass producing drones and FLT might have that capacity. Even if not for war, but for everything else they are turning into.

>PYR: Google told me they are a "high-tech company that designs, develops, and manufactures advanced plasma processes and sustainable solutions for heavy industries, including iron ore, aluminum, mining, and defense". So that seemed cool and viable for Canada's future manufacturing.

>BTE: They have done well for me in the past and seem to be a great Canadian O&G company that is viable to grow more than the rest. I didn't predict the Strait of Hormuz to be shut, but the industry was cyclically primed to reverb back to their glory prices.

>All in all, I am nervous that the natural cycles of macroeconomics will devalue these companies before year's end. I was trying to match these companies for the competition's end results. Timing matters and I'll prob be much lower on the list by year's end.

A great and honest take! Defense tech, green manufacturing, and energy plays
