I am somewhat new to the rowerg but I like to think I know what I’m doing and what good form is. But I still can’t seem to get over the lower back soreness that develops several minutes into a rowerg session. It’s not any sharp shooting pain or anything concerning like that, just soreness more akin to fatigue. I've tried various things. I’ve watched videos of myself and worked meticulously on improving my form, so I don't think that's the issue. I even tried minimizing the back movement, instead just sitting up straight rigidly and row using my legs and arms only. What sort of general advice would you give me to try and overcome this?
