I'm planning to purchase a Phanek & maybe matching blouse/ top too. I don't want something which is for festive wear or wedding wear. I would like something I can wear to café outings with friends.

Can you please suggest what will be the price range for such phanek, good sites / sellers who will ship it outside Manipur (Siliguri/Darjeeling) ?

And if possible, please also share sources where I can get nice tops to pair with phanek :)
