Anyone acquire a histamine intolerance with meno?
how do you cope? I just realized that my "sudden" allergies to pollen coincided with the onset of meno. Now I am adding sauerkraut and canned pineapple to the list. I also suspect an avocado may make me sneeze.
Wondering if anyone else is in the same boat and what do you eat/drink nowadays to combat it?
