Buy or not: 2025 Atlas SEL 23k miles

I’ve been presented with the opportunity to purchase a white SEL trim Atlas for $36k before taxes and fees. Price seems competitive and the condition of the interior/exterior is good. Even comes with the captain chairs which is a nice bonus. I’ll be taking it in for a pre-purchase inspection at my local shop, but what else should I be looking for? Is this a great deal or just in line with what’s available on the open market? …seems to be the best value going in my area but I’m concerned it could need brakes/rotors soon. Was previously looking at the SE w/ Tech but found those to be only $1-2k cheaper than the SEL. Is the SEL worth it? Sunroof is a nice touch!

Any input is appreciated as I evaluate and potentially purchase tomorrow.
