Hey, I have been looking around at rentals and came across a 1 bed / 1 bath in the Kendall area (around Sunset Palms East). It’s about 760 sq ft and listed for $1,900/month. From just looking, I could tell it’s an older building but the unit seems updated, and the areas conveniently close to main roads, shopping, etc. Just wanted to get a feel from people who know the area better:
- Does $1,900 sound reasonable for a 1/1 around there right now?
- How’s that part of Kendall in terms of traffic and overall vibe?
- Anything to watch out for with older condo communities like that?
