Koja pesma vam probudi najjaču emociju?

Nisam nikada bio preveliki fan Marčela, ali ova pesma me tako uznemiri da je to strašno, kako je čovek napisao ovo, nemam reči. Ko nije nek obavezno posluša.

Started street workout a month ago — now I’m stuck and exhausted, what am I doing wrong?

Hello everyone,

I’m looking for advice and similar experiences.

I’m 22 years old, 181 cm tall and 82 kg. I look fairly average — not out of shape, but not visibly trained either.

About a month ago I decided to improve my diet after a long period of eating a lot of junk food and fast food several times a week. Since then, I’ve switched to “normal” home meals, but I’m not tracking calories or protein.

At the same time, I started doing street workouts in a park near my home. My routine includes push-ups (my strongest exercise), squats, dips, Australian pull-ups (I can’t do regular pull-ups yet), knee raises, and some jump rope at the end.

My initial goal was fat loss, even though I’m not overweight — I just wanted a more athletic look. Over the past month I’ve noticed small improvements (more reps, better endurance), but no major visual changes.

However, in the last 4–5 workouts I feel like I’ve hit a plateau. I’m not progressing anymore, and I often feel exhausted and slightly dizzy during and after training.

I suspect this might be related to my diet and possibly not eating enough calories or protein. My daily intake is usually 2 main meals (late breakfast around 1–2 PM and lunch), plus a snack (banana, date, and a handful of nuts). Meals vary between eggs with bread and dairy, chicken with rice, beans, or sometimes pizza.

My goal is a moderately lean, athletic physique — nothing extreme, just healthy and defined. I prefer street workout over the gym and would like to stick with it.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Should I increase my food intake, change my training, or both?

Thanks in advance for any advice.
