This might be a bit of a confusing one but a couple of people made a comment on my CUTI post saying I'm living like I have Lyme disease. I also read that it can present itself with urinary tract issues. I'd just really like to know if anyone has experienced this.

I've been dealing with recurring UTIs since Nov 24. I went to a&e because I ended up with tachycardia, a fever, shakes and kidney pain. They said I didn't have a kidney infection but did have an infection. They never specified what but I assumed it was a UTI.

Since then, I've had standard blood tests and urine samples done. No bacteria, kidney function is fine. Cystoscopies, CT and ultrasounds, all normal.

When I'm not on antibiotics, I get high wbcs and rbcs in my urine. I get a bit of burning when I pee but my pain problems are god awful fatigue and headaches, and I feel run down most of the time like I have a cold. I have fibromyalgia but my brain fog and body aches are so much worse.

Because it's been so long I can't think straight about what might or might not be going on with me.
