Current front runner for baby girl is Liliana . We live in east coast USA. I am American (with italian heritage & maiden name but culturally not very Italian, don’t speak the language / etc) and my husband is American with a German last name. We’re keeping his name as the family last name. I’m worried people will think Liliana sounds too Latin/spanish/italian?
