I have 3 courses left

I havent finished but im close to finishing them all, all i need is my final done on each of them

And i got a

I did complete my 21 courses to graduate and these were extras, but i still wanted them to be on my transcript?

What do i do? Is this gonna be fixable if they send my transcript to graduate? I think i might try to quickly do all my 3 finals needed but still they will have to grade those and itll take time

Has this happened to anyone else?
