Unsolved 1988 cold case: Sara Kay Keesling, age 12, Riverside CA

In October 1988, the body of 12 year old Sara Keesling was found partially buried in a pile of garbage on a hillside in Riverside County. She had been reported missing by her mother two weeks earlier, who told police Sara had run away because she didn’t like her father, who was to have visitation with Sara the weekend she went missing.
