Looking for a local tattoo artist with a cutesy/girly style.

I’m looking to get a Mega Dragonite from Pokemon. I am mixed (medium skin tone), and would like to get some color. Olympia area would be great but I’m also willing to drive north (Tacoma/Puyallup area, maybe Seattle with a lot of planning). I’d love to eventually get more tattoos from the same artist (more Pokemon, and a couple book related ideas).
