Sorry for the photo but I’ve been on the hunt for this clear mouthpiece. I’ve seen it used be a couple of artists now. Latest one to pop up on my feeds is jazz artist Virginia MacDonald. Any ideas on what the mouthpiece might be?
I just ordered a focusrite scarlett 2i2 anniversary edition that I’d like to use to start recording saxophone at home. Not making a new tracks, but primarily just saxophone, or saxophone covers, etc. I’m also looking into getting myself a pair of decent headphones I can use for recording and also DJing, I assume I don’t need two different pairs.
I currently have an apex clip on mix for the sax, not sure if anyone has any other microphone suggestions? Open to headphone suggestions as well.
I’m in Canada and budget around $2-400 for both mic and headphones.
