My partner and I work in a small mphs. We are on morning shift together with another nurse who is TL. We have a funeral in the community today. Don is going to funeral, TL asked to go. I said no as that means it would be only myself any my partner to staff a 6 bed aged care, 6 bed ward with one acute Ax2 pt. As well as a triage desk and 2 x resus bays. CNC is out of office today to. TL seems a bit upset with me. Do you think I was justified to say I’d rather her not to go?
