I was using my SSLVPN yesterday night and it worked fine. We have SSLVPN with DUO.
I tried to connect to it now but I am not able to connect and I check the logs and I can see that in the logs details it says Group N/A.
I did diagnose on firewall
We use AD group SSVPN_Group and I am part of it now and from years.
I can see the below log
login_failed:480 user[myusername],auth_type=1 failed [sslvpn_login_unknown_user].
Nothing is changed in our Firewall. I cannot find any thing like it restarted etc. All looks OK.
I asked my colleague to test and it was same for him.
I tried from Different IP and Different client as well. My windows 11 and Iphone.
Any guess what happens here without any change?
I am running 7.4.8 and got email from Fortinet yesterday night.
