Spare key for 1st responders

I am in a unique scenario. I always keep my deadbolt engaged in or out of my apartment. I do not have friends, family, or even neighbors I know. my car is in the garage, so I can't stick a key on my car. My porch is a barren wasteland, as is the complex.

If I'm alive enough to call for help, or someone thinks I need help, but can't get to my front door, what's the best cheap option for a key outside? There is nothing much in back either. I'm not sure I trust taping it to a utility box.

I read a lot of previous questions and answers, I'm just not quite sure where this one fits.

How to get rid of old body oil in black clothes, shirts in particular

I have black t shirts that smell like a thrift store, rancid body oils, and the only help Google can tell me is to scrub the stain. But there's no stain, only depression shirts worn far too long.

I did also read ammonia as an option, but I have to admit I feel like I'd do something stupid and gas attack my apartment.

I recently bought Biz, tried out on my black pillowcases, and now they are gray pillowcases (at least they are clean).

Pretty much fell into a major depression hole for about a month and everything is gross, to be honest. I was changing clothing here and there without showering, so that's how it got that way.

Advice? For almost everything I'm willing to wash on hot once, but it doesn't smell like it did that much. and it's all been washed and dried over and over.
