I feel like Surface devices get a lot of "it's not quite a laptop and not quite a tablet" criticism from people who've never actually used one daily. But there are things this form factor just nails that nothing else does the same way. What's a use case or feature that you think gets completely overlooked when people talk about these devices? The thing that makes you glad you went Surface instead of something else.
