Pregnancy stories during perimenopause

I've read lots of stories on reddit about getting pregnant during perimenopause. Just curious for those who have....were you getting normal periods with normal, regulated hormones? Or no?

Dr says my FSH and LH are elevated, low AMH and to move to egg donor. Which doesn't interest me, I do have another child, so it's okay if I can't have a second. Just curious though, I know the odds are low, but the stories you hear about when it does happen......just wondering what your hormone panel/bloodwork panel looked like at the time.

Is extreme exhaustion/fatigue normal?

I read that fatigue/exhaustion is common all throughout perimenopause. I really hope that's all I'm dealing with and it's not something more serious. My iron is fine. I did read that one reason why fatigue in peri is due to waking up with hot flashes, which isn't the case. But I also read that the hormonal imbalances can cause fatigue. Is this a common thing others have been through? Did anything help? I don't know if I can go through years feeling like this.

I just read testosterone could contribute to fatigue. All of My blood results aren't back yet but my FSH and LH are quite high.
