Arm Liposuction
I’ve been looking for a trusty plastic surgery clinic in Korea for a long time. My friend visited Girin multiple times and after hearing positive feedback from her and reading positive reviews online I decided to give it a try. I went for the consultation in the views of getting an arm liposuction and proceeded with the consultation. A lot of the staff speak English so it was very easy to go through the whole process, the consultation was also fully in English and I got to meet the doctor immediately on the first day which was very reassuring because he truthfully told me what results to expect and what he could do for me.
My arms were never excessively big, but even when dieting and working out, I always kept that little fat on the top part of my arms at the back. It was always something that bothered me when seeing some pictures of myself. I was scared to proceed with the surgery because I thought i might not be fit, but the doctor reassured me and told me that he could take off the excess without making my skin wrinkle. After the consultation with doctor Lee Jong Ho, I felt more at ease and decided to go through with it !
On the day of the procedure, everyone was very efficient and the doctor came to do the design, making sure to ask my opinion and if I had any questions to make sure that everything went well. He was really really amazing and I was actually so happy and grateful that I got the chance to have a surgeon as thoughtful, polite, professional and kind as Doctor Lee Jong Ho. It was my first ever surgery procedure but I felt not anxiety and stress thanks to him.
The healing process was actually surprisingly painless ! The incisions from the surgery were so small and the doctor did an amazing job, I had no side effects from the anaesthesia and the clinic guided me through the medication and after care so that everything would be smooth. I met them a week after the surgery to take off the stitches and met doctor Lee Jong Ho again who checked everything and reassured me that it was healing well.
I had to wear compression garments on my arms 24/7, which became a bit large at some point but when I contacted the clinic, they exchanged them and provided new ones free of charge the same day!
Over all, I felt really cared for, which is something that is lacking in a lot of clinics in Seoul since so many people come and go. At Girin, and especially with doctor Lee Jong Ho, I could feel that he puts care and intention in every patient he treats. I trusted him so much that I recommended him to my sister who also received surgery from him ! And as expected, he took amazing care of her, as well as the nurses and staff.
I would highly recommend coming to Girin if you’re considering plastic surgery, and if you can, ask for doctor Lee Jong Ho !! Trust me he will take amazing care of you :) if you have any questions lmk !
PS : the “after pics” are 1 month post op so it’s still a bit swollen, but i’m expected to see full results after 6 months !
