We added these drop bars to my bike this weekend and I really like them! I would recommend and it makes me a more confident rider!

✅ PROS
- They fit perfectly with the bike
- Relatively simple to install with regular tools
- Short installation process

❌ CONS
- No instructions were included online or in the box!
- The bars mount to your engine bolts. This means you have to look up your specs and make sure you torque your engine mounting bolts back to spec once you’re finished installation.

I looked all weekend, asked the internet, called the dealership… and I got no where, I couldn’t find the toolkit the bike was supposed to come with! And no one seems to know the answer. Well I found it! And I’m sharing it here with all of you so you don’t have to feel lost in a Nancy Drew puzzle like I did! 😅

THE TOOL KIT FOR THE KAWASAKI ELIMINATOR 450 IS UNDER THE RIGHT SIDE PANNEL

1.) use ignition key to unlock the rider seat on the left side of the bike. Take off the seat.
2.) under the seat there is an Allen key. Take the Allen key and walk to the right side of the bike.
3.) use the Allen key to unscrew the right plastic side panel. There are two plastic pins on the top that also hold this piece in place. Once the little bolt is free, carefully pull the top of the side panel out of the two top plastic pins that keep the piece on the bike.
4.) look for a tiny black canvas bag that should be held in place with a rubber ring over the top. Inside you should find a c-spanner (THE TOOL I NEEDED THE WHOLE TIME), a wrench, and a screwdriver in two pieces.
