i have the vivioactive 6 i got yesterday, at every place i can find it in the phone app or the watch i have them off , but they are still coming through,

is this a bug or has someone found a fix for it?

i was watching ticket master like a hawk the day they went on sale, but still didnt manage to get any. looking for 2.

I've been onto the customer service and im just not happy with the feedback after trying the trouble shooting multiple times over weeks, so im turning to users for help here.

we bought it for our pets hair and the main problems.

1. if theres too much hair, it just doesnt catch it all.
2. it wont clean near the dogs crate, or go between the kitchen table and crate (theres plenty room.)
3. randomly leaves bunches or hair or dirt, after passing over them it doesnt go back, i thought its meant to have smart sensors to know if it misses spots?

im running it at max suction and 2x pass every time and it still isnt catching all, id say its doing a decent job on about 70% the floors, missing a big chunk altogether by being too safe or not gathering well enough.

im pretty certain it thinks the dog crate is a bunch of wires after noticing it avoid other areas we a wire was., support says its object avoidance cannot be turned off, nor can i add the crate as a recognized safe object.

we read before buying this, roombas are good just dont get a cheap one, i feel so pissed for the amount of money we spent to have what i still feel is a sub par product, should we have gone with another brand? or are there some tips to help with our struggles?

just wondering where people park for games here?
