This board is like new and used to work fine.
One day the computer stopped responding. This was after transporting it while powered up; it is possible that I shorted some pins in the process.
I found out the partition table of the SD had been corrupted. I repaired it using TestDisk. The SD now mounts fine on other Linux computers. But the board won't boot.
Symptoms on powerup:
Is it toast?
Here is my setup:
I am currently syncing the laptop with both linux servers, using Syncthing.
I'd like to sync these with Proton Drive: for redundancy, and because I want to keep using a cloud service for important data for now.
I want the sync to be bidirectional.
I already tried using rclone for Proton, with both sync and bisync commands. It works... but it's finicky, and I'm a little worried about sync conflicts and data loss.
Diagram of current setup:
Another way would be to use the official Proton Drive client on the laptop. it uses Apple's File Provider framework. The good: it's native. The bad: I've had issues with it in the past with Google Drive (verrrrry slow file retrieveal, I/O locks).
What are your thoughts? Am I asking for trouble?
I have a C3. I've been out of the loop.
Sunnypilot seems to have dropped C3 support (no commits since October on either `release-tici` or `staging-tici`), leaving a half-finished rewrite.
Not sure about Frogpilot, but stability was... not good when I tried it about 2 years ago.
Any other good forks left?
