“Legendary Customer Service” is not the issue; Corporate is.
“Legendary customer service,” to restore the “heart” of Wawa? How about we fix the food quality? How about we have consistency in store management? How about we fix the issues that force associates into “rushed or robotic” interactions?
I want to clarify that I like my job and my co-workers but I CAN’T STAND corporate. Corporate doesn't want to listen to or fix issues; they want to place blame on associates.
Associates overall are not the issue; poor management and corporate decisions are!
