Asus Prime OC 9070XT

ACER GM9 gen5 2tb

B650e Asus ROG ITX

Nr200p max case with fans in bottom and radiator fans swapped for arctic p14 pro

I run -30 CO and PBO enhanced on the cpu

EXPO enabled 5o kit advertised timings in 1:1 mode and 2133fclk

-60mv and -10% and -350mhz on the GPU.

what can I do to improve performance and reduce power and heat?

I know nothing about ram oc/optimization, where do I grt started? not many 7600x3d specific posts tbh hence confused.
