I have two devices, both logged in with the same Microsoft account: my ipad and my dell laptop.

Both of them say they are up to date and fully synced yet they each have different notebooks. My laptop only has data from back in February ish while my ipad is up to date and what I want. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I tried logging out of my laptop and logging back in, tried deleting and redownloading the app but nothing works.
