How the freak do you peel plantains
I wish I could show a photo of the crime scene in front of me looks like for reference. The first plantain I peeled was easy and smooth, with the skin coming off nicely. The plantain right in front of me will not let go of the skin and I’m having to carve into it with a knife. How do I peel plantains?
