How urgent is this? Need to replace before driving or will be ok for a week?

I actually don't know what caused this, only that it has appeared in the last ~5 days. Afaik didn't smack anything but clearly something happened. I have definitely driven on it but unsure if I need to get it fixed before I take it to work (15 miles ISH)
