
Extra Butter In Popcorn
Hey! This might be a stupid post, I know everyone has their own safe foods and aversions and this isn’t a healthy recommendation. But I find that incorporating things like sauces and powders and such into food to give an extra boost of calories helps weight gain if you are struggling like myself! One of my safe foods is microwaveable popcorn. I loveeee butter. Especially in my popcorn. Even if it already has it, I shamefully love this stuff, lol. 1 tbsp has 120 cal in it! It’s great! I feel like I tend to use more than that, but I eat this popcorn often and it helps me gain! Just thought I’d share. (They also sell one that you can add to your kernels if you prefer to pop them traditionally too!)
