Hi all, in February, I booked flights to Dubai, but on 19/03/2026, KLM unilaterally cancelled all (and my) flights until May due to the situation in the Middle East. Upon KLM's unilateral cancellation, I requested a refund, but they did refund only airport taxes, arguing that when I requested refund on 19/03/2026, they had not cancelled yet. At first, I thought it was a misunderstanding. I replied and even forwarded them their own announcement of cancellation on their own website on 19/03/2026, but they keep ignoring my arguments and copy paste their previous replies. Has anyone experienced the same? Any advice?
