Years ago, at least 17, I picked up a KitchenAid cookbook from my library. It had a recipe for yeast rolls in the shape of eclairs with a raspberry jam stripe and a glaze on top. I know there are millions of yeast recipes out there but that recipe was so close to a bakery item from when I was a kid. The book is no longer in my library and was hoping someone had the recipe or the book for me to look for.
