How to buy on IPO?
How does a retail investor buy stock of SpaceX when it IPOs?
Also, I remember seeing an article that prices always skyrocket on IPOs and invariably crash a few days later. Are you guys planning to wait for a dip after it goes on sale?
Alternatively, how do you asses a fair price at this point in time?

I'm at 800 characters without spaces. Why are spaces not counted? Do they not matter? Do you prefer I type without spaces?
