Hey I'm thinking of moving to Mesa Arizona within a month from now, I have a cat with me and I've never lived alone before but I'm trying not to pay over $1000/month is there anything anyone recommends? Preferably w/d unit included but I have to start somewhere. Currently trying to get a job lined up now
