Does this mean my Father's mobile is hacked?

Today I was randomly going through my father's phone and then I thought just for fun let's check that "call forwarding thing" and guess what? That number appeared in call forwarding...I noted that number and searched it on truecaller and I saw the expected result, and all the comments were saying the same thing.

I don't want to think that his mobile is actually hacked and it's just some kind of scam or, little thing. less
