I'm a 23m on my first day of Concerta. for some reason the first couple hours I felt really nervous and anxious but believe this was from being over excited and staying in my head too much with it actually being my first time. once I settled in I felt better and my mind starting to calm. I was in target and stayed longer than necessary looking at things. it was a rather strange first day but does anyone relate? this is a big step for me, so again think that the thought of starting it itself, rather than the medicine was messing with me a bit
