Does anyone have data on an "ITT 22L13"? It's a TO-92 package, I think is a "supervisory circuit".
Perhaps similar to an MCP100, but I cannot find any data on which MCP100 it would be equivalent to. I'm trying to find a drop-in replacement for this device. While I'm familiar with a lot of electrical components, this is not one I'm familiar with.
