12 year transformation

Dear followers of the GregDoucette thread!

Let me guide you through my weight lifting journey!

First pic: 2014.04.05 -> first time ever joining a gym, probably most of you would consider this as an ectomorph build (sadly I don't know exact weight)
Second pic: 2021.06.13 -> graduated, now working, years went by and now MORBIDLY OBESE most of you would consider this as endomporh (weight was around 132kg)
Third and fourth pic: 2026.04.22 -> a week out from my first bodybuilding competition, most of you would consider this as mesomorph (weight is 77-78kg)

Been following Greg and took his advices, that's how I've achieved 20-25kg weight losses year to year in the last couple years, and this year I've decided that I'm ready to take it up a notch and try my best by stepping on a bodybuilding stage. My height is 177 cm by the way.

It's been a long journey, I've learned a lot and still learning, it is an amazing experience. Feel free to ask any questions I'm happy to answer.
