I’ve woken up this morning, and my IG feed is filled with nothing but right wing propaganda. Pro ONP, pro Restore Britain, Pro Trump, pro Israel, all the usual suspects.

Prior to today, in fact even last night, it was the complete opposite. I consider myself very left wing so the difference felt like it was enough to give me whiplash.

Searching progressive content will also bring up posts crtitical of said content.

Is this how it is now with bots and propaganda machines? Was my algorithm just late to the party? I’ve heard of this happening from others, to watch it happen to myself in real time is some surreal stuff.
