Does the LTO have the authority for lifetime suspension on this case?
I don't support the action of the former Mayor on this news. But, base on the context from the citizens, the gasoline boy was his employee and he also the own the gas station, it was also stated the video was meant as a prank. Does the LTO violate any legal or any proceedings by directly implementing such punishment?
