
Advice please
Some advice regarding my stack from those smarter than me would be appreciated.
A little about me and my lifestyle -
I'm 45 and work long,hard, days both mentally and physically (electrician).
I'm generally very healthy, I can't remember the last time I was sick tbh. Probably 4 or 5 years ago and that was just a head cold. My wife is amazing and cooks healthy whole foods for most meals. She is only 33 so she keeps me feeling younger too. I don't go to the gym or work out apart from working physically 12 hours per day.
I guess what I'm looking for regarding my supplements is to keep my energy levels high and to maintain testosterone levels as I understand at my age they can start to drop off. And also stay in good general health.
I take the shilajit and creatine in the morning, alternate L-arganine, Tongkat Ali and b
Beef Liver, and take Zinc, Boron and Magnesium in the evening.
Also would love some advice on a good supplement to promote skin health (face wrinkles) haha.
