Hi all,
Complete newbie here. My wife purchased a Sparkx I7 from the Creality store with the current 12 year promotion of 2 free reels of filament.
We received the printer today and im in the middle of setup but we have not received the filament.
We are in Australia and I believe the printer came from the warehouse in Sydney.
Who should I contact about this?
