Headache centers in MA/CT
Wondering if anyone has experience with Yale Headache and Facial Pain center?
I have been going to the Headache Care Center in CT for about a year. I was reasonably happy but my provider left the practice and the last person I saw there was dismissive with a terrible bedside manner. I asked to see someone else and in the meantime I'm shopping for a new practice in case I need to switch.
I called Yale and the lead doc, Christopher Gottschalk, MD, FAHS is booking into 2027 for new patients. His research looks really interesting. Have you seen him or any of the other drs there?
I live in WMass and I've seen most of the local neurologists. I used to go to Boston for care at MGH but switched when they stopped allowing me to do telehealth. Driving two hours back and forth to get refills felt like too much of a burden.
