I don't know what to play

Games i've already played:

Hytale - Played through twice. Once on single player, other on muliiplayer server. +oneblock and skyblock

7days2die - I dropped the game because I couldn't find all the zombies in a military base mission and I got sick of starting it over and over again. Dealing with something like an injured limb was really annoying also.

Conan Exiles - Played through it a few times. I like it. The combat is kind of meh but I like the setting and the feel of it overall.

Valheim - I didn't know where to go after finishing the first island you're spawned on. I assume I have to swim to another island. I'll probably try again another time but I don't feel like playing it right now.

Abiotic Factor - There's some things I liked about it but I just couldn't stand being stuck within the story. I'd rather play something that's more like a sandbox.

Palworld - It was fun on the first play through. It's releases a lot more since then but I don't feel like playing it again yet. I don't really like capturing pals and then having to breed them to get certain elements. It's too tedious of something I don't really feel like doing. So I imagine I likely wouldn't like Ark either.

Craftopia - It was okay. I played through once. It feels like it's just an alpha test of Palworld but it had some cool things.

Sun Haven - Played through once. It was fun. I don't think it ever gets mentioned here. Maybe because it's more of a farming game

Terraria/Don't Starve/Core Keeper - I want play something that's more 3D-ish

V-Rising - Never really got into it for whatever reason and don't feel like playing it now.

Longvinter - I just thought it was really boring. And it was always hard to find a spot for my house.

Rust - I love Rust. I actually liked the pve servers also. But i'm on linux now so I can't play it anymore. Is there anything similar to Rust building and progression? farming, fishing, Composting to trade scrap then using scrap to upgrade workbench, etc. I liked that.

Surroundead - I just tried it for maybe 15 minutes. It's just slow. Collecting timer is just way too slow. Maybe it's just the early game and maybe it gets better later on.

Project Zomboid - I barely tried it. It just seems way too tedious.

Maybe I missed something...

I'm not even really sure what i'm looking for. I could get smalland or stranded deep really cheap and I saw the new pirate game is on steam now. I'll take any suggestions.
