What did I encounter bro
So a just last year around october i heard this odd whistling around my apartments, i took a look outside to see if it was just someone random person but there was no one out. It went on for about 1 more minute and then stopped completely for the rest of the night. It was SO WEIRD because it never paused for a few seconds, it just went on.
