I think I have a basic understanding of the numbers in a geometry chart, but I don’t understand the application. Can some explain like I’m 5 how the numbers on the chart can be applied to understanding bike sizes and how they relate to me?
My wife is looking into getting clipless pedals for her road bike. We live on the 4th floor of a walkup, so we were debating between SPD for ease of walking and not slipping on the stairs, and SPD-SL since it’s a road bike (also she likes the colors on the shoe options a lot better.) We saw these Cleat Covers on amazon, and were wondering if anyone has any experience with these things? Do they help with walking around, or are they a pain and don’t stay on or anything like that?
